This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for any orders placed using special purchase options such as pre‑orders, scheduled purchases, or any future subscription‑based services we may offer.
This policy applies in addition to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Pre‑Orders
If you place a pre‑order, you may cancel it any time before the item has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact us at card.halo@hotmail.com with your order number.
Please note: A 6% cancellation fee may apply to cover non‑refundable payment processing charges.
Once a pre‑order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Scheduled Purchases / Delayed Fulfilment
If you select a purchase option that schedules your order for a future date (e.g., delayed fulfilment), you may cancel the order up until the point it enters processing.
Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Subscription Purchases (If Introduced in Future)
If Card Halo introduces subscription‑based purchase options in the future, the following will apply:
-You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date
-Cancellations take effect immediately and prevent future charges
-Payments already processed cannot be refunded unless required by law
-Subscription items already dispatched cannot be cancelled
We will update this policy if subscription services are added.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel any purchase option, email us at:

-Your full name
-Your order number
-The item(s) you wish to cancel
We will confirm whether your cancellation is eligible under this policy.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Purchase Options
If your cancellation is approved:
-Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
-Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process
-Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
6. Exceptions
We cannot cancel:
-Orders that have already been dispatched
-Orders already in the packing or processing stage
-Subscription orders already billed (if subscriptions are introduced)
-Pre‑orders that have shipped
-Items marked as non‑cancellable at checkout
