Card Halo – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased from Card Halo.
Returns
We offer a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-In the same condition you received it
-Unopened and unused
-In its original packaging, including any seals, shrink‑wrap, or tamper‑evident packaging fully intact
-Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Trading card products (sealed booster packs, booster boxes, decks, etc.) must remain sealed. Once opened, they cannot be returned.
To start a return, contact us at card.halo@hotmail.com. A returns address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you:
-A return shipping label (if applicable)
-Instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if:
-Your item is defective
-Your item is damaged
-You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: Minor imperfections in trading card product packaging (e.g., slight dents or creases from shipping) that do not affect the sealed product inside are not considered defects.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
-Opened trading card products (boosters, boxes, decks, bundles, etc.)
-Digital items
-Gift cards
-Sale or clearance items
-Custom or special‑order items
-Perishable or consumable goods
-Personal care items
-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
UK Consumer Rights
If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This right applies only if:
-The item is returned in its original condition
-The packaging and seals are intact
-You provide proof of purchase
This cooling‑off period does not apply to:
-Opened sealed goods
-Digital items
-Custom or personalised items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
-Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
-Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
-Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at card.halo@hotmail.com.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Please note: A 6% cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers the non‑refundable payment processing charges we incur when an order is placed.
To request a cancellation, email card.halo@hotmail.com with a clear subject line including your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be processed as a return instead.
