Card Halo – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Card Halo, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within:

-1–3 business days for in‑stock items

-Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

During busy periods (new releases, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

-Your delivery address

-The weight and size of your order

-The shipping method selected

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times:

-Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

-Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

-Tracked services: delivery times vary depending on the service selected

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Untracked services (e.g., Royal Mail 2nd Class) do not include tracking.

4. Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed to the courier, Card Halo is not responsible for:

-Delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers

-Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

-Lost or stolen parcels after delivery is confirmed

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee courier outcomes.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

-We can resend it once the correct address is provided

-Additional postage fees may apply

6. Pre‑Orders

For pre‑order items:

-Release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change

-Your order will be dispatched once all items in the order are available

-If you want in‑stock items sooner, please place a separate order

Pre‑order delays are outside our control.

7. Shipping of Trading Card Products

To protect your items:

-Sealed products are shipped in protective packaging

-Single cards (if applicable) are shipped in sleeves and top loaders

-Larger orders may be shipped in boxes for added protection

We take care to ensure your items arrive safely.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

-Take clear photos of the packaging and contents

-Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note: Minor cosmetic imperfections to product packaging caused during transit (e.g., small dents or creases) are not considered damage unless the product inside is affected.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because:

-Delivery was attempted but not collected

-The address was incorrect

-The courier could not deliver

We can resend the parcel once additional postage is paid.
