Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel passes to the courier.

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations must follow the returns process.

We do not accept returns for:

-Opened trading card products

-Damaged items caused by customer handling

-Items not returned in original condition
